Current Fee Schedule

• IUI-Intra-uterine Insemination $406
• IVF stimulation and monitoring, egg retrieval, fertilization, incubation, and embryo transfer $12,300*
• Anesthesia $400
• Medication (paid to pharmacy) $2,000-$6,000
• Repeat IVF Cycle $10,500 + medication**
• Transfer of Frozen Embryos (medications not included) $3500
• Donor Oocyte Cycle -donor testing, stimulation,monitoring, egg retrieval, fertilization, incubation, and embryo transfer. $24,325***
• Medications (paid to pharmacy) $2,000 to $5,000

(There is a 15% discount on Donor Cycles paid in cashier’s check)
*This done not include initial workup, which is usually covered by insurance. If it is not covered, it usually runs $500 – $1000.
**Repeat cycle must be done within 4 months of original cycle

Fertility Payment Options

Insurance companies vary in what they will and won’t cover when it comes to fertility testing and treatment. On your first visit with us, we would be happy to sit down with you and determine what your individual plan will cover. We do participate in many plans, and you are welcome to call us to see if we participate in your plan. Participation does not guarantee complete coverage, however. We will also be happy to work with you on out-of-network benefits as well. We do not add extra fees for working with your insurance company.
