Insurance Coverage
Insurance companies vary in what they will cover when it comes to fertility testing and treatment. On your first visit with us, we will sit down with you and determine what your individual plan will cover. We participate in many insurance plans, and you are welcome to call us to see if we participate in your plan. Participation does not guarantee complete coverage, however. We will also be happy to work with you on out-of-network benefits as well. We do not add extra fees for working with your insurance company.
