If your insurance covers IVF or donor egg, we will NOT charge you any additional administration fees.
- Intra-uterine Insemination $391
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
- IVF stimulation and monitoring, egg retrieval, fertilization and incubation, and embryo transfer $12,300*
- Anesthesia $400
- Medication (paid to pharmacy) $2,000-$6,000
- Repeat IVF Cycle $10,500 + medication**
- Transfer of Frozen Embryos (medications not included) $3500
Donor Oocyte Cycle
(There is a 15% discount on Donor Cycles paid in cashier’s check)
- Donor testing, stimulation and monitoring, egg retrieval, fertilization and incubation, and embryo transfer. $24,325***
- Medications (paid to pharmacy) $2,000 to $5,000
*This done not include initial workup, which is usually covered by insurance. If it is not covered, it usually runs $500 – $1000.
**Repeat cycle must be done within 4 months of original cycle

Fertility Payment Options
Insurance companies vary in what they will and won’t cover when it comes to fertility testing and treatment. On your first visit with us, we would be happy to sit down with you and determine what your individual plan will cover. We do participate in many plans, and you are welcome to call us to see if we participate in your plan. Participation does not guarantee complete coverage, however. We will also be happy to work with you on out-of-network benefits as well. We do not add extra fees for working with your insurance company.
For those who do not have insurance coverage and wish help with the financing, we will work with you to help find options for payment and keep costs down. You may also apply for a medical loan.
