Payment Options
Insurance companies vary in what they will and won’t cover when it comes to fertility testing and treatment. On your first visit with us, we would be happy to sit down with you and determine what your individual plan will cover. We do participate in many plans, and you are welcome to call us at 303-321-7115 to see if we participate in your plan. Participation does not guarantee complete coverage, however. We will also be happy to work with you on out-of-network benefits as well. We do not add extra fees for working with your insurance company.

For those who do not have insurance coverage and wish help with the financing, we will work with you to help find options for payment and keep costs down. You can also click on the picture below to look at other medical financing options.
